锈蚀钢筋力学性能数字试验研究

摘    要:锈蚀钢筋拉伸试验发现,钢筋表面的蚀坑是钢筋强度降低的主要影响因素之一.采用有限元法对多根不同锈蚀缺损状态的钢筋进行数字化模拟试验,试验表明,钢筋锈蚀程度不同,其力学性能的变化也不同,并将该数字化模拟试验结果同实际钢筋拉伸试验进行对比研究.分析得到锈蚀钢筋极限强度的计算模型.结果表明:有限单元法模拟试验计算结果与实际钢筋拉伸试验结果基本符合;钢筋表面的缺损形态与重量损失率是影响锈蚀钢筋强度性能的两个关键因素;对数字试验计算结果进一步分析,可知单侧均匀锈蚀的钢筋,其抗拉极限强度主要与锈蚀钢筋的重量损失率有关;表面带明显蚀坑的锈蚀钢筋,其极限抗拉强度主要与钢筋表面蚀坑的深度、长度以及钢筋重量损失率有关.

Digital test study of corroded reinforcement mechanical properties

Abstract:From tension strength tests of corroded re-bar,corroded sunken pits on the surface constitute the main factor of the reinforcement capability deterioration. Digital simulation test of different corroded state reinforcement were conducted by finite element method.Different corrosion degree and different corrosion state affect reinforcement capability.Results of simulation test were in agreement with those of actual reinforcement test.A computation model of corroded reinforcement ultimate strength was put forward.Weight losing ratio and corrosion damage state are two key factors to reduce corroded reinforcement capability.Further analysis of digital test results,led to the conclusion that weight loss ratio is the main factor affecting uniformly corroded reinforcement ultimate strength,that weight loss ratio,corroded sunken pit depth and corroded sunken pit length are key factors affecting pit corroded reinforcement ultimate strength.
