摘    要:
目前国内外对自密实混凝土(Self-compacting Concrete,简写SCC)研究主要集中在C40以上的混凝土,对于低强度自密实混凝土的研究较少。和高强自密实混凝土相比,低强度自密实混凝土水胶比大,混凝土拌合物的流动性容易得到保证,而抗离析性和保水性很难满足要求.本文采用正交试验法,通过大量的试验研究,配制出了满足工作性和强度要求的低强度等级自密实混凝土,并对影响低强度自密实混凝土的因素进行了分析。

Abstract:
Up to now the research of SCC(Self-compacting Concrete)concentrates mainly on the strength degree of C40 and above,and the research of low strength SCC is rarely found.Compared to the high-strength SCC,the water-bind of low-intensity SCC is higher and it is easy to guarantee the fluidity of concrete,but the anti-separateness and water retention property is very difficult to obtain.Through massive experiments and the analysis research,this paper uses the orthogonal testing method to obtain satisfying low-strength SCC with high workability,and analysize the factors which infect the behaviour of the low strength SCC.
