摘    要:目的 解决经典化学法测定硅铁中杂质元素周期长、操作复杂、步骤繁琐的问题 .方法 用 ICP- AES法一次溶样 ,同时测定 Al,P,Ca,Mn4种元素 .结果 该方法具有良好的精密度和准确性 ,相对标准偏差不大于 2 .8%.结论 该方法简便可靠 ,可以代替经典化学法

Abstract:Aim To resolve the problems of long period, complex operation and many steps when determining impure elements in ferrosilicon by classic methods. Methods A method was tried to study for determination of four impure elements, Al, P, Ca, Mn at the same time by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry. The sample was dissolved only once time. Results The recommended method is shown satisfying precision and acuracy, the relative standard deviation is less than 2.8%. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple and rapid, which can replace the classical chemical one.
