| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种硬膜防锈油的配方,筛选了溶剂、成膜材料和援蚀剂,实验室理化性能测试及实际使用实验证明,该油具有膜薄（小于5μm）、干燥速度快（表干＜10min）和防锈性好等特点,可广泛用于机床、配件、五金工具等机械产品的封存和防护.
