食用废油制备凹凸棒脂及其摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:以食用油废油作为基础油,以改性凹凸棒黏土作为稠化剂制备了废油基润滑脂,考察了该润滑脂的几种物理性能,并采用热重分析(TGA)仪测定了该润滑脂的热分解温度,采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机考察了所制备润滑脂的摩擦学性能,分别用3D轮廓扫描仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)仪对刚球磨斑进行了磨损体积测定、形貌观察和表面元素化学状态分析。结果表明,采用食用油废油所制备的润滑脂具有优良的摩擦学性能,摩擦表面形成的摩擦保护膜是其抗磨和减摩性能得以提高的根本原因。该润滑脂的成功制备为解决废油再利用提供了新的途径。

Abstract:With surface-modified attapulgite clay as thickener and waste oil as the base oil, new lubricating grease was prepared. Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) was carried out to measure the thermal decomposition temperature of the grease. The physic-chemical properties of the grease were determined.The wear scar diameter of the grease was measured on an Optimol SRV, the morphologies of the worn surfaces were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The wear volume was measured by 3D figure scanner. The worn surfaces of the steel block were analyzed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) to study the mechanism of the grease for its frictions reduction and anti-wear. The results showed that by using the new lubricating grease the wear rate and friction coefficient of steel-steel frictional pair decreased, because a high strength adsorption film and a tribo-chemistry reaction film were formed on the worn surface of the steel block, meanwhile the prospect of recycling waste oil could be expected.
