大豆蛋白质纤维活性染料染色的研究

摘    要:对大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维进行了活性染料变性浴染色工艺试验,结果表明变性染色方法上染率大为提高,两种棉用活性染料Cibacron FN和Cibacron LS分别提高了23%和20%,并且具有较好的染色牢度。在碱性浴中,上染温度影响显著,上染时间和元明粉用量次之;在酸性浴中,pH值影响显著,上染温度次之,上染时间影响较小。

Abstract:The dyeing process of soybean/PVA fibers dyed by reactive dye in denaturalization bath was studied in the paper. The results showed that the up-take rate was improved by the way of denaturalization bath. The up-take rates of two cotton-type reactive dyes, CibacronFN and CibacronLS, were increased 23% and 20%, respectively. In the alkali bath, the impact of dyeing temperature was greater than the dyeing time and the amount of salt. In the acid bath, the impact of pH value was greater than other two factors, and the dyeing time had the smallest impact.
