摘    要:通过改进内浇道、直浇道、出气孔的设计,保温冒口的使用,以及严格控制生产过程的各个环节,产品的缩孔、气孔废品大大减少,毛坯的废品率降至2%以下.

Abstract:With improved design of inner gate,sprue and exhaust opening and holding riser as well as strict control of each loop in production of high chromium cast iron underboarding castings,the shrinkage cavity or air hole of casting products have dramatically reduced resulting in that waste casting has lowered down to 2% or under 2%.
