ZA40合金成分配比的优化

摘    要:通过正交试验,考察了合金元素的种类和含量对合金微观组织和性能的影响.通过对抗拉强度和布氏硬度检测结果的极差分析确定出合金元素的优化成分配比.结果表明,ZA40的优化成分配比为:Zn-Al40-Cu4-Mg0.02-Si3-RE0.15;成分优化组合后的ZA40合金性能有了明显的提高,其抗拉强度从340.8MPa增加到了358.24MPa,提高了5.12%,硬度从HBS 157.7增加到了HBS158.6,提高了0.57%.

Abstract:The effects of the kind and content of alloy elements on microstructure and properties of ZA40 alloy have been investigated by orthogonal experiment method.The optimized composition ratio of ZA40 alloy has been determined i.e.Zn-Al40-Cu4-Mg0.02-Si3-Re0.15,according to the test results of tensile strength and Brinell hardness.Compared with the testing results of the orthogonal test composition,The properties of optimized combination ratio of ZA40 alloy have been significantly improved.The testing value of te...
