摘    要:在研制过程中,对阀壳进行结构分析,设计初步的铸造工艺;利用MAGMA软件进行计算机模拟,通过对两种铸造工艺进行充型、凝固过程的模拟计算和缩孔、缩松的预测,确定最终工艺.依照最终工艺制作模具和工装,进行试制,对试制的结果进行分析、调整,并进行热处理试验和压力试验,研制的阀壳得到了客户的高度认可.
