摘    要:利用凝固模拟技术对大型铸钢件铸造过程中的凝固过程的模拟和仿真,预测铸件产生缩孔、缩松的部位和大小,然后通过改进和优化铸造工艺,实现铸造工艺设计-模拟验证-再设计的优化设计全过程.最终提高产品质量,缩短试制属期,降低成本,提高产品竞争力.
