摘    要:采用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电子探针(EPMA)研究了0.5%Sr与不同加入量的Mn(wMn=0、0.2%、0.5%和0.8%)复合加入对含0.2%Fe的AZ91镁合金铸态显微组织的影响.结果表明:在Sr加入量一定的情况下,适量Mn的加入可以形成异质形核核心;而当Mn加入量达到0.8%时,有Al6Mn相形成,枝晶存在粗化为块状的趋势;Sr、Mn复合加入时,Mn毒化了Sr的细化效果;Mn的加入促进了Al4Sr的形成,Al4Sr相则弱化了Sr的细化效果.

Abstract:The effects of 0.5%Sr and different amount of Mn(WMn=0%,0.2%,0.5% and 0.8%)on the as-cast microstructure of AZ91 alloy with 0.2%Fe have been researched by optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA).The results have shown that in circumstances of certain Sr adding amount,proper amount of Mn could form heterogeneous nucleation.When Mn content reached 0.8%,Al6Mn phase formed and the dendrites have coarse trend to the massive.Mn could poison the refinement effe...
