摘    要:复合长丝的开纤是橘瓣型双组分纺粘非织造布生产过程中的一项重要工艺,开纤效果直接影响最终产品的性能.介绍了国内外现有复合纤维的开纤技术及其原理和特点,探讨了适合于橘瓣型双组分纺粘非织造布工业化生产的开纤技术.

Abstract:Splitting composite filament process is a most important technique during the period of manufacturing segmented pie bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens.The split effect of composite filament impacts directly on the performance of the final products.The present methods of splitting composite fibers and the principle and characteristics at home and abroad were summarized.The most suitable fiber splitting technique to manufacture segmented pie bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens was discussed.
