| Abstract: | Splitting composite filament process is a most important technique during the period of manufacturing segmented pie bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens.The split effect of composite filament impacts directly on the performance of the final products.The present methods of splitting composite fibers and the principle and characteristics at home and abroad were summarized.The most suitable fiber splitting technique to manufacture segmented pie bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens was discussed. |
