摘    要:综合电力系统潮流的顺流跟踪和逆流跟踪模型,推导出独立发电厂商(IPP)的网损分摊方法。该方法根据IPP功率的物理流向,可实现了IPP网损公平合理分摊。最后,通过对某2243个节点系统夏季峰荷运行方式下某一独立发电厂进行了实例计算,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The models of the up-stream tracing and the down-stream tracing are combined to solve the problem of individual power producer(IPP) loss allocation.According to the trait of the ability to trace the IPP power flow,the new method can allocate the losses of IPP impartially and effectively.The computation results of IPP in the summer-peak base case of a practical 2243-node transmission system demonstrate that this method is feasible and effective.
