摘    要:本文研究了磁场对9SiCr贝氏体相变,组织及性能的影响,结果发现:磁场确实能够加速贝氏体相变,并使贝氏体形核核心增多,贝氏体片变窄,且经磁场处理的试块,其机械性能较高,工件的使用寿命提高。

Abstract:In this paper the effect of magnetic field on the Bainite phase transformation, structure and properties in 9SiCr steel has been studied, It shows that the magnetic field can accelerate Bainite phase transformation, increase the nucleation of Bainite and make the Bainite plate narrower, Specimens treated in magnetic field have better mechanical properties and the workpieces treated in it have longer service life than those without magnetic field treatment.
