摘    要:硫铁矿制酸工艺的附产品炉渣中全铁量的含量高低直接影响其在市场上的售价,所以在生产过程中快速、准确地测定硫精矿及炉渣中铁的含量非常重要。采用三氯化钛-重铬酸钾容量法测定硫精矿及炉渣中的全铁量,具有分析速度快、准确度高、重现性好、易于掌握的特点,能较好地满足生产需要。

Abstract:The amount of total iron content in the by - product slag from pyrite concentrate produced sulfuric acid technology direedy affects the slag price in the market. So it is important to have a rapid and accurate method to determine the total amount of iron in concentrate pyrite and slag in production process. This essay introduces a method to determine the amount of iron by capacity method of titanium tri - chloride - potassium dichromate. This method can meet the demand of production well with the characteristics of rapid analysis, accurate results, good reproduction and easy operation.
