| Abstract: | For implementing reliability demonstration test of mechanical & electrical products,we proposed a modified exponential-Weibull statistic testing method.The basic principle and implementation steps are expounded at first.Then the design of statistic testing scheme is discussed.Finally,the application of this method is illustrated through examples. |
