印刷机底片扫描装置中机械传动精度分析与选择

摘    要:针对圆筒型照相排版机底片扫描装置要求传动精度高,转动平稳的特点,分别选择三级圆柱齿轮传动,双级圆柱齿轮-蜗杆传动,蜗杆传动3种常见的传动方式,计算其传动比,验算传动精度,对扫描装置进行运动精度分析,计算总体传动误差.最终选择三级圆柱齿轮减速器作为扫描装置的传动机构.

Abstract:According to the high precision and rotation stability requirement of negative scan unit of cylinder photography typesetting machine, the three levels of cylindrical gears transmission separately, the two - stage cylindrical gears - worm drive, and the worm drive was chosen through calculating its velocity ratio, the checking transmission precision, carrying on the movement precision analysis to the sweep unit, and computing overall transmission error. Finally, three levels of cylindrical gears reduction gear was chosen to be the transmission system of the sweep unit.
