摘    要:针对马钢1号2500m^3高炉2号铁口区域炉缸冷却壁水温差出现异常升高现象,采取了“以炉缸侵蚀模型为预警参数,以不定期开、堵风口为主要手段,加强铁口维护保持稳定的泥包并配合铁口压入含钛精粉炮泥进行局部修复”的护炉制度,逐步将炉缸水温差降至正常范围,保证了高炉最大限度地发挥产能,达到了护炉保产的目标。

Abstract:The differential temperature of water for cooling stave at hearth near No. 2 taphole area increases abnormally in No. 1 2500m^3 blast furnace in Masteel. By means of the furnace protection policy of adopting erosion model of BF hearth as warning parameter , taking aperiodically opening and blocking tuyere as mostly important measure, strengthening taphole maintenance and keeping mud bag stable, filling titanium contained material in mud bag in taphole for local repairing. The differential water temperature of hearth stave gradually falls down to the normal value, resulting in optimization of furnace production and protection.
