变论域模糊控制在聚丙烯生产中的应用

摘    要:为更好地提高模糊控制的自适应能力,以克服聚丙烯生产过程中的非线性、时变及滞后给控制带来的影响,在一般模糊控制基础上,研究了基于PID的变论域模糊控制原理。采用伸缩因子的概念,提出了变论域的改进模糊控制算法,使模糊控制规则可通过论域的压缩或膨胀派生出任意多条。仿真实验表明,该算法使控制系统具有较一般模糊控制和常规PID控制更高的稳态控制精度和良好的动态品质,可有效应用于聚丙烯反应釜控制,以取得较好的控制结果。

Abstract:To enhance the adaptive ability of fuzzy control so as to overcome the influences in control of Polypropylene production process due to its time-varying uncertainty, time delay and nonlinear characteristics, the improved fuzzy control with changing domain is studied based on the present fuzzy control and conventional PID control. A kind of algorithm is proposed using the concept of constriction factor, which make fuzzy control derive any rules by compressing and expanding the domain. The simulation result shows that the control system using the improved fuzzy control with changing domain produces superior control performance to the conventional PID and common fuzzy control in both dynamic and steady aspects. It can also be applied to polypropylene reactor control to get the better control results.
