摘    要:该新型防腐烟囱是一项专利产品,它能除湿、除尘,保持烟囱内筒干燥,不腐蚀,即使湿法脱硫处理后不设烟气加热系统GGH的烟气,亦可以通过该型烟囱排放,对烟囱内筒材料无特殊要求.在该型烟囱运行实践的基础上,对其技术特征和流场结构作出分析,认为:由于切向进气,烟气自身形成旋涡,尘粒在离心力的作用下被甩掉;又因为流场中心的负压吸引,水、雾等比尘粒小,比空气大(重)的轻质组分则聚集在中轴地带,将随烟气排出,不会腐蚀内壁.

Abstract:The new-type,non-corrupted stack is a patent production having knowledge right.It can get rid of dusts and separate water,prevent flue from being corrupted.The gas having not been heated from FGD may let directly from this stack made by general material.This stack can operate for many years in some cities.The author considers that because the gas enters stack by tangent and the vortex will form,So the particles will be separated due to centrifugal forces;the pressure of flow field center is less than around,so water,vapor and small particles will move to the center axis region of the stack with gas together.
