摘    要:为了实现服装裁片排料过程的自动化,本文运用人工智能的启发式搜索方法把裁片的二维最优布局问题转化为在一个状态空间寻找一条最优路径的问题,提出了自动排料算法,并对所提出的算法进行了探讨研究。这种算法不仅适用于服装裁片排料,还适用于其它各种套料问题,具有较强的通用性。当系统在此方式下进行时,可以完全摆脱人工的干预,得到较好的排料方案。

Abstract:Artificial Intelligence techniques are combined with computer graphics to create a practical CAD system for piece layout in the clothing industry.The algorithm and system implementation are applicable to many industries concerned with managing waste produced during stock allocation.The Optimal Computer-Aided Allocation System solves the layout problem of determining an optimal allocation of two-dimensional irregular pieces on a stock sheet of finite dimensions and produces a good solution.The algorithm presented transforms the allocation problem into a search process through a space of candidate solutions,employing heuristic seach methods from artificial intelligence research.
