摘    要:以鞍钢莆田冷轧厂酸轧机组为例,介绍了酸洗冷连轧生产线速度与活套控制原理及控制过程。给出了生产线各段,包括酸洗入口段、酸洗工艺段、酸洗剪边段,以及轧机入口的速度与一段入口活套和两段出口活套丰度设定数据计算方法。实现全线速度与活套丰度的自动控制,改善冷轧带钢的板形质量。

Speed and Loop Control of Pickling and Tendem Cold Rolling Process
Abstract:Taking the pickling and tendem cold rolling mill in Ansteel Putian Cold Rolled Strip Steel Mill as the example, the control theory and the control process for the speed and the loop of the pickling and tendem cold rolling line are introduced. The data calculation method by abundance setting for all sections in the production line including the entry section, processing section, end-trimming section during pickling and the data of the speeds at the entrance of the rolling mill as well as the data of the loop at the entrance in the primary section and the data of the loop at the exit in the secondary section are provided. The automatic control for the speed and the loop abundance can be realized in the whole production line so that the sheet shape of cold rolled steel strips is improved.
