高炉喷煤技术的现状及发展

摘    要:简要介绍了国内外高炉喷煤比现状,说明了国外钢铁企业提高煤比的目的是为降低生产成本,在提高喷煤比同时,保持了较低的燃料比和焦比,同时介绍了国内钢铁企业对经济喷煤比的研究现状,阐述了在原燃料质量、风温和富氧等均没有明显改善的条件下,提高喷煤比的有效技术以及高煤比技术的长期发展方向。

Present Situation and Future Development Trend of PCI Technology for Blast Furnace
Abstract:The present situation of the pulverized coal injecting ratio of blast furnaces at home and abroad was briefly introduced, it is explained that the increase of the coal ratio of the iron &steel enterprises at abroad was aimed at cutting down the cost of production, and both the low fuel rate and coke rate can be kept while increasing the pulverized coal injecting ratio. Meanwhile the present situation of the developments on the economical pulverized coal ratio in domestic the iron& steel enterprises at home was also introduced. The available effective technologies for improving the pulverized coal injecting ratio and the development trend for high coal ratio in the long term are discussed under the conditions that the quality of raw materials and fuels, the blast temperature and supplied enriched oxygen cannot be improved greatly.
