| 摘 要： | 独立学院在产生的短短5年中，发展迅速，成绩显著。但是在其发展过程中也暴露了一些不足之处，本文针对独立学院的三个主要的问题：产权问题、管理问题和师资问题展开论述，并提出相应的解决办法。
