摘    要:对取自直属库及种植农户的65份样品的杂质类型、含量及容重进行了测定.采用SPSS10.0统计软件对测定数据进行了相关性分析、多元逐步回归分析,并建立了各类型杂质与小麦容重的优化模型.结果表明:总杂质对小麦容重影响最大,在最常见的6类杂质中,麦秸、麦皮、砂石对容重的影响依次减小.为了得到容重随麦皮、麦秸、砂石含量的变化趋势,制备不同麦皮、麦秸和砂石含量的小麦样品,并对这些样品的容重进行测定分析.研究发现:随着麦皮、麦秸含量的增加,容重逐渐减小;随着砂石的增加,容重逐渐增大.

INFLUENCE OF IMPURITY TYPES AND CONTENT ON THE BULK DENSITY OF WHEAT

Abstract:The bulk density,impurity and content of 65 wheat samples from grain storage warehouse and farmers were measured in this paper,these data were analyzed by Correlation and Multiple stepwise regression of SPSS10.0,the best model for relationship among some types of impurities and the bulk density was established.The results showed that among the most common six kinds of impurities,the total impurity content has the most remarkable influence on the bulk density,wheat straw,wheat husk and small stones take the second,the third and the fourth place on the bulk density respectively.Blending wheat samples with different wheat husk,straw or small stone,in order to achieve the changing current with wheat husk content and wheat straw content and the small stone content,the bulk density of these samples were measured.The results indicated that the bulk density decreased gradually with wheat husk and wheat straw increasing,and that the bulk density increased gradually with the small stone increasing.
