| 摘 要： | 根据产能提升要求,对KC80系列前驱动桥机加车间的生产情况进行调查,发现轮毂现有的加工情况不能使机床充分发挥作用,且加工中间转运辅助时间耗费较多.对轮毂加工线的工艺进行分析讨论,进而对螺纹孔及定位销孔加工工序调整,并设计了一套用于相应立式加工中心的夹具.此次工艺调整更好地满足现场加工要求,夹具装夹方便,也减少了加工辅助...
