摘    要:对一种新型异型石材加工中心的程序编制、后置处理及加工工艺进行了研究,并成功应用于典型浮雕样件——万里长城的制作之中.首先通过UG/CAD模块,建立万里长城浮雕实体模型.分析毛坯石材的铣削特性,结合实体造型与材质特性,选择合适的刀具,通过计算得出切削深度,切削速度,进给速度,主轴转速等工艺参数.利用UG/CAM模块对模型...
