井下超声波流量计在寻找套管漏失点中的应用

从井口注入井中的液体在套管破裂或穿孔处会出现漏失,在破裂或穿孔点上下测得的流量值会发生变化,测得的井温也不是按照一个梯度值变化.为克服单纯井温法找套管漏失存在的缺点,提高找套管漏失监测施工的准确度,提出运用井温和井下超声波流量计组合测井技术来寻找套管漏失点的方法.应用井温和井下超声波流量组合找漏测井资料,对套管漏失井采取相应的堵漏措施后均见到了明显的增油效果.

Application of Downhole Ultrasonic Flowmeter to Detecting Casing Leakages

The injected fluid from ground will leak at the place where there are casing breakages or perforated-holes, therefore, the measured value of flow and the temperature gradient in borehole have also changed. Proposed is a method of detecting casing leakages by combining temperature and ultrasonic flowmeter logging technique to improve leak detection precision and overcome shortcomings resulted from only temperature logging in the casing leak detection. According to data provided by the above logging technique, some corresponding blockage measures are taken for wells with casing leakages, and oil rate response is more obvious.
