Control of Large Pieces of Steel Plate Deformation

Through the theoretical analysis and discussion of defects case of the large plate deformation, come to conclusion that the deformation was mainly due to the internal stress when the metal liquid was in the cooling. For the reasons of the deformation,aftering the measures of changing the form of pouring and setting the inner runners reasonably were taken, the deformation of the large pieces of steel plate was controlled greatly.
