摘    要:某型飞机轮毂易发生缺陷的部位距离探测面较近,用普通的纵波直探头进行原位探测比较困难,而双晶直探头探伤盲区小,探伤灵敏度高,设计专用的双晶直探头可以实现该型轮毂的探伤,经应用证明,探伤效果良好。

Abstract:The detected part of the wheel hub is near to the surface of putted probe. It is difficult to implement in-situ testing using longitudinal wave straight probe. The dead zone of the duabcrystal straight probe is short, and its testing sensitivity is high. The nondestructive testing can be completed for the wheel hub by the expert dualcrystal straight probe, and it is proved that the testing effect is well.
