边界元法在汽轮机转子应力场计算中的应用

摘    要:采用边界元法对汽轮机转子的应力场进行分析。文中提出了奇异积分的处理方法,并提供了由边界位移及面力计算边界应力的计算公式,所用的积分方程适用于计算轴对称体在非稳态热载荷及离心力载荷作用下的应力场。利用本文公式对汽轮机转子上应力集中部位的研究,为应力集中部位几何形状的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The paper presents a successful try-out of using the boundary element method for the stress analysis of a steam turbine rotor.A singular integration method are employed.Consequently a formula deduced from the boudary displacements and tractioms in complected.The resulted integral equations are quite appliable for calculating the stress field under the action of a non-steady load of axisymmetrical body and centrifugal force.The formula developped in this paper can be used for analysing the stress concentration on the turbine rotor and provides a theoritical base for geometircal oplimization of the stressconcentration parts.
