高位翻车机PLC控制系统分析

摘    要:分析了高位翻车机PLC控制系统的工作原理。根据工程需要,设计的PLC控制系统要求满足下面要求:在推车机带动矿车进入前,阻车器打开;矿车通过阻车器后,阻车器自动关闭防止后面的矿车前进,同时矿车被推到翻车位置;随后推车机回到原位停止,翻车机将矿车翻起卸料;矿车清理完毕后,翻车机返回,重复以上过程。经过2 a多的运行检测,该系统延时控制环节和顺序动作均符合工程要求。

Abstract:The principle of the PLC control system on the high position car dumper is analysed.According to the needs,the PLC control system must meet the requirements.Before the mine car be pushed into car-resistance,the car-resistance are opening;and then the mine car pass the car-resistance,while the car-resistance automatically shut down to prevent another mine cars behind the car ahead. At the same time,the mine car was pushed to overturn location of car dumper.The next the pusher back to a cart stopped in situ.The car dumper turns up and unloads.After the mine car clean-up,the car dumper returns to primal position.Repeat the above process.Through running two years,the device runs normally and the engineering requirements have been reached.
