XLPE电缆在线监测系统设计

摘    要:阐述了水树枝的定义和直流分量法的原理,并重点论述了基于直流分量法的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆在线监测系统的设计,即被测试的信号经过I/U转换电路、PEC8000型PLC模块进行数据采集,最后通过MCGS组态软件和平板电脑实现人机交互.同时充分考虑了便携性、抗干扰特性、安全性以及易用性等要素,合理设计了整个系统的外观、封装、接口等.现场实际应用验证,设计的监测系统能对多条电缆的老化状况作出准确地评估.

Abstract:This paper expounds the definition of water tree and the principle of DC component method, emphasizes on the design of online monitoring system of XLPE cable based on DC component method, which is to acquire data of tested signal via I/U conversion circuit and PEC8000 type PLC module so as to realize human-computer interaction through MCGS configuration software and panel PC. The design also takes portability, anti-interference, security and applicability and the appearance ,packaging and interface of the whole system into consideration. The practical,application proves that the designed monitoring system is able to accurately evaluate the aging condition of calbes.
