高效分离器在稠油集输中的节能效果分析

摘    要:清河采油厂的稠油开发区块中,接转站是产出液和污水回掺"大循环"流程中的一个节点,流程功能单一,初期设计处理能力和处理工艺越来越不能满足生产需要,能耗远超同期稀油区块平均水平。改造过程中,加装高效分离器,分离污水直接回掺,以井站间"小循环"流程代替"大循环"流程,降低外输液量,减少下级联合站处理液量;取消联合站反输到接转站的污水,同时减少掺入污水热损失,达到节能降耗目的。

Abstract:Transfer station is a place where produced fluid and wastewater mixed back to the "big loop" process. In the heavy oil development block of Qinghe Oil Production Plant, the initially designed capacity and treatment process of the station could not meet the production demands, and energy consumption is much higher than the average level of light oil blocks. We gained energy saving through installing high efficiency separators, separating sewage mixed directly back to well stations between "small cycles" process instead of the "big loop" process, reducing the amount of outside infusion to reduce handling amount of the lower joint fluid stations, cancelling the sewage returning to input transfer station from the joint stand, and thus reducing heat loss in the mixed water.
