| 摘 要： | 结合工程实际 ,通过定量分析 ,提出了火力发电厂高温高压四大管道设计计算时 ,应考虑水管道安装时缺水空管工况对水管道设计的影响 ,和弹簧支吊架自重对管道设计的影响这两个重要因素 ,并提出解决方案 ,对提高火电厂高温高压四大管道设计质量有一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Two important concepts are put forward in this paper by quantitative analysis in practical application.They are:(1)The influence on the design of water-pipe must be considered when the zero load case is absent;(2)The spring hanger and supporter self weight must be considered in the pipe design.The solution is also proposed.The conclusions make some contribution to the HTHP pipe design in power plant. |
