RXJ—Ⅲ型自动洗井锅炉的开发与应用

针对油井通常采用泵罐车洗井的传统方法存在洗井费用高,洗井液对油层污染严重,最终导致油井降产等不利因素,研制开发了RXJ—Ⅲ型自动洗井锅炉。这种拖拉式锅炉由洗井锅炉、高压软管、井口连接装置、分离器及干燥器等组成,全套装置用小四轮车就可拖拽至井场进行安装施工,温度可全过程监控调节。使用情况表明,该装置具有质量轻、尺寸小、移动性好、使用范围广、经济效益回报率大、满足油井洗井的要求和不污染油层等优点。

Development and application of RXJ-III automatic well-flushing boiler

In consideration of some disadvantage factors in traditional well-flushing with pump-tank truck, such as high flushing cost, severe formation damage caused by flushing fluid and eventually resulting in oil production reduction, RXJ-III automatic well-flushing boiler is developed. The skid boiler can be transferred to oilfields for installation and operation with a small 4 wheel tractor. The system is composed of a well-flushing boiler, high pressure hose, well head connection device, separator and a dryer, its temperature is monitored and regulated in the whole process. Its application indicates that the system has the characteristics of light weight,small size, good mobility, wide application, and high pay off efficiency, can meet the needs of well flushing and without formation damage.
