攀钢密地选钛厂细粒级钛铁矿回收工艺的研究与实践

摘    要:分析“七五”,“八五”期间各科研院所有关细粒级钛铁回收的研究资料。发现细粒级铁铁矿中含泥量大,品位低是造成细粒级钛铁矿浮选精矿品位难合格(TiO2≥47%)的主要原因。据此,设计出新的工艺流程,经工业试验及生产证明。该工艺流程能有效回收微细粒级钛铁矿。精矿品位稳定。生产运行平衡。

Research and Practice of Technology for Recovery of Fine-grained Ilmenite in Midi Titanium Concentrator of PZH Iron&Steel company
Abstract:From the analysis of numerous research data on recovery of fine grained ilmenite during the last ten years,authors concluded that high slime content and low grade in the fine grained ilmenite is primary cause resulting in off grade flotation concentrate of ilmenite. A new process flowsheet for recovery of fine grained ilmenite was proposed in this paper.Commercial test and production practice proved that this flowsheet can effectively recover fine grained ilmenite and concentrate grade stabilization and production operation balance were achieved.
