高压水除鳞系统节能改进及存在问题分析

摘    要:针对轧钢企业使用的高压水除鳞设备中普遍存在的电耗高的问题,采取了在高压离心泵组上使用液力耦合器进行水泵调速的控制方式,充分利用系统中蓄势器组机动容积的变化来实现系统的节能降耗,取得了很好的节能效果.同时,对采用此方法存在的问题进行了分析并提出改进意见.

Abstract:Based on the problem of high power consumption universally existing in descaling equipments with high pressure water applied in steel rolling enterprises, hydraulic coupler is used to adjust water pump rate on centrifugal pumps under high preasure. Better results of energy .saving and consumption reducing have been realized by fully utilizing volume change of accumulators in the system. Meanwhile, the problems presented in this method is analyzed and improving suggestions are proposed.
