电动螺旋轮胎定型硫化机的研究

电动螺旋轮胎定型硫化机是在曲柄连杆轮胎定型硫化机和液压定型硫化机的基础上发明的新型轮胎定型硫化机。本研究测试了硫化机的动力参数 ,设备的强度、刚度、精度 ,硫化轮胎的质量以及有关性能参数 ,与同规格同性能的曲柄连杆轮胎硫化机、液压定型硫化机进行了对比。结果表明 ,该新型轮胎定型硫化机比曲柄连杆硫化机或液压定型硫化机节省钢材、降低了加工和装配工作量、节省占地面积 ,降低造价 ;同时具有高的运动平稳性、对中性和精度 ,是硫化生产子午线轮胎的理想设备

The Research of Power-driven Screw Tyre-curing Machine
