| 摘 要： | 某发电有限公司300MW机组1600HLBK-23.3型循环水泵在单泵运行时,流量偏低（夏季尤为明显）,造成凝汽器真空偏低;当循环泵双泵运行时,存在水量过大的问题,造成厂用电增加,影响机组安全经济运行。文中介绍1#机组循环水泵节能改造方案及实施过程,通过对改造前后的运行经济性分析,表明改造后节能效果明显。

| Abstract: | The paper descibes the water flow with a single pump operation of 1600HLBK-23.3-type circulating water pump in 300MW unit of a Power Generation Co.Ltd.is low(particularly evident in summer),resulting in low vacuum in the condenser.On the contrary,with a double pump operation,there is excessive water in circulating water pump,resulting in increasing electricity consumption of the power plant and affecting the safe and economic operation of the unit.This paper introduces energy-saving programs of circulating ... |
