The Manz AG could already achieve cell efficiencies above 20% with their novel HP‐ICP source. This newly developed technology is able to achieve marked leading gas dissociation and leads to highly compact films with an extraordinary passivation. The electrostatic carrier system allows a full face vertical deposition with a very low mechanical load on the wafer. The system is able to do back side passivation as well as front side anti‐reflective coatings.
