| 摘 要： | 介绍一种带攻丝工位的级进模结构,通过分析支架零件的工艺性,制定了一系列具有针对性的工艺措施,优化了排样方案。实践证明,模具结构可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计与制造有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The structure of a progressive die with tapping service-position for a bracket was presented.A series of proper technological measures were established after an analysis on the process was made,and then the layout design was optimized.Application shows the reliability of the die structure. |
