摘    要:提出了一种新型的车用高功率密度稀土永磁无刷直流电动机。该电机的定子为机座内壁通水冷却结构。其特点在于:电机的密度高,气隙磁场的方波形状好。文章从提高功率密度的角度介绍电机本体的独特结构,并用有限元方法对磁场分布和电枢反应进行了分析计算,以验证理论分析。

Abstract:A novel high power density permanent magnet brushless DC motor for automobile is presented in this paper. The stator of the motor has the cooling structure by water flowing inside the wall of the motor frame. The motor possess characteristically high power density and the gap magnetic field closes to square waveform. In this paper, the special structure is introduced from the viewpoint of the high power density. At the same time, the distribution of magnetic field and the armature reaction are analyzed and computed by finite element method in order to verify the theory.
