国际工程风险的模糊评价

以往对于投标工程所承担风险的评价都局限于定性分析,没有形成有效的定量评价方法。为了定量评价国际工程风险,在对国际工程风险因素分析的基础上,建立了国际工程风险评价的指标体系,根据国际工程风险具有的模糊性的特点,提出采用模糊综合评价方法对投标风险进行定量的评价,并且给出了一个实例说明该方法的运用。该方法评价结果的可比性较强,对承包商的投标决策有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

Fuzzy Evaluation Method of International Project Risk
