| 摘 要： | 为实现计算机与PLC之间E-mail文件的传输,系统采用OMRON公司CS系列的CS1W-ETN21通信模块通过网络交换机与管理机进行通信.邮件传输系统利用邮件发送协议SMTP和邮件接收协议POP,进行数据的发送和接收.通过在计算机客户端建立邮箱,接收ETN21模块发送的现场设备运行状态和故障信息数据,管理机根据接收结果,向位于现场的ETN21发送远程控制命令进行远程操作并接收由PLC送回的电子邮件.通过发送和接收实验,验证了计算机与PLC通信模块之间可以通过电子邮件实现文件传输,从而实现通过以太网对PLC现场设备的实时远程监控和故障诊断.

| Abstract: | S1W-ETN21 communication module of the CS series was selected for the E-mail document transmission between the computer and PLC.The data was sent and received by mail transmission protocol SMTP and mail takeover protocol POP in mail transmission system.Run estate of the equipment and fault information ETN21 module sent in the locale were received by creating a mailbox on computer client.According to the results,the PC sent a control command to ETN21 module for remote operation and received reply E-mail PLC sent.The document transmission between the computer and the PLC communication module was confirmed by the email,and PLC equipment can be monitored and troubleshot at real-time remote through the Ethernet. |
