摘    要:近年来,应用组织工程材料的人工骨因能适时降解并诱导成形人骨,而成为最理想的骨组织人工替代方法和治疗手段。介绍采用多喷射成形制造骨组织工程材料的人工骨,指出用此法得到的人工骨的材料种类及微观组织结构均与人骨高度相似,而采用骨水泥,或含有烧结等步骤,将不具有这种相似性;此人工骨具有与人骨的功能梯度上相一致的材料结构、几何结构和生理功能;人骨生长因子(BMP)通过特殊处理,使这达到多维复合,并且具有缓释

Abstract:The man-made ones with tissue engineering materials by inducement fabrication become the ideal curing method because they are able to degrade and form new real organs. The method of inducement fabrication of the man-made organs with tissue engineering materials by jetting forming rapid prototyping(RP)manufacturing and the categories are introduced in this paper. The RP manufacturing for tissue engineering materials of big-segment bone is the most important among the man-made bone organs. Based on our supported method, the man-made bone is very similar to the real one in material composition, microstructure and mechanical properties. Especially,if using the Normal Temperature Multi-Insufflation Forming (NTMF) developed by authors, this man-made bone will be used for orthopedics well. The human organs fabricated by this method will soon form a new industry with market potential for most of the human organs will be able to be inducement fabricated.
