| 摘 要： | 梳棉机后罩板处单独加装棉网清洁器对提高棉条及成纱质量是有利的，风量适宜可起到固定盖板的作用，文章通过试验分析指出，吸风量为240ms／h时，只加装棉网清洁器效果最佳。

| Abstract: | Adding a separate web purifier at the back plate of a cotton card is favorable to improving the quality of the sliver and the resulted yarn. Appropriate volume of air can help fix the flats. The results of related trials show that when the suction air volume is 240 m3/h. adding web purifier alone can lead to optimal results. |
