| 摘 要： | 将PET/EVA共混物切片在微型柱塞式纺丝机上进行熔融纺丝、拉伸等试验,对其纤维的结构和性能进行了分析。结果表明,随着EVA含量的增加,共混切片的纺丝性能下降;初生共混纤维的密度、机械性能、可拉伸性能下降;共混纤维的取向度、结晶度降低。

| Abstract: | The melt spinning and drawing experiments were carried out with PET/EVA blend chip on mini-plunger type spinning machine.The structure and properties of the fiber were analysed.The results show that with the increasing of EVA content,the spinning properties of the blend chip is decreased,the density,mechanical property and drawing property of as-spun blend fiber is decreased,the orientation and crystallization degree of the blend fiber is decreased. |
