大桥斜拉索腐蚀防护技术的应用和探讨

摘    要:斜拉索是斜拉桥的主要承重传力结构件,由于置于江河、海湾的不利外部环境中使用,以钢丝和锚具构成的斜拉索可能产生金属锈蚀,使斜拉索腐蚀失效,影内斜拉桥的安全营运。在讨论斜拉索实用防腐蚀保护方式的基础上,分析和探讨新的长效斜拉索防腐蚀保护技术。

Abstract:Stay-cable, made of high strength steel wire or strand etc, is the main stressed structure of cable-stayed bridge. Being over the river or sea and under a stress condition, stay-cable may be corroded. The corrosion influences directly the service life of stay-cable and thus the life of cable-stayed bridge. In this paper, traditional anticorrosion measures for stay-cable are introduced, and effectiveness of new anticorrosion technologies for stay-cable is analyzed and discussed.
