激光加工处理技术在冶金备件修复中的应用

摘    要:介绍了激光加工处理技术在济钢备品备件修复中的应用。利用激光淬火技术处理的烧结机台车轮、带式冷却机托辊等工件,耐磨性平均提高了3.5倍;用Ni60和WC(35%)复合材料对四辊破碎机报废工作辊进行激光熔敷处理,使用寿命由原来的2个月提高到了7个月;用激光熔凝技术可处理大型铸件的表面铸造缺陷。济钢利用激光加工处理技术每年可创效益500万元以上。

Abstract:Introduces the applications of laser processing technologies in restoration of spare parts of Jigang. Then the abradability of work pieces such as the sintering pallet roller, the support roller of the linear cooler and so on, which are processed by laser quenching, is improved by 3.5 times and the life of used-up work roll of four-roll crusher which is treat with laser remelted alloy coating by Ni60 an WC(35%)composite is increased from 2 months to 7months. The surface defect of heavy casting can be dealt with laser melting-solidifying techneque. Therefore using laser processing technologies can benefit by 5000 thousand Yuan a year.
